Echoes: Myth Collector Terms of Use

Welcome to Echoes: Myth Collector. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Echoes: Myth Collector mobile application ("App" or "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

Echoes: Myth Collector is a living collection game where players discover legendary relics, forge artifacts, make civilization choices, and contribute to a shared multiverse of player-created history. Every artifact you forge becomes part of a living world that other players can discover.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

3. User-Generated Content and the Shared Multiverse

• Artifacts, civilization choices, and other content you create ("User Content") may be shared with other players as part of the shared multiverse feature.
• By forging artifacts and contributing to the multiverse, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your User Content within the App and its multiverse.
• You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App or its servers.
• Use cheats, bots, automation tools, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• Submit offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content into the shared multiverse.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Premium Subscriptions

• Echoes Premium unlocks advanced forging tools, additional civilizations, exclusive artifact styles, unlimited discovery features, and enhanced legacy progression.
• Monthly and Yearly plans are available. Yearly plans may include a free trial where available.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

6. In-App Advertising

Non-premium players may be offered the option to watch rewarded ads in exchange for additional in-game benefits. Ad delivery is facilitated by Google AdMob and is subject to Google's privacy terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, game mechanics, and software in the App (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written permission.

8. Virtual Items and Game Currency

Any virtual items, artifacts, progress, or in-game currency you accumulate have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the App. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any virtual items or game features at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss of game data, progress, or virtual items.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data or game progress.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other players or the integrity of the multiverse.

12. Apple App Store

These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
